Terms of Service

LordsRally is an independent castle-tracking bot for Lords Mobile; it is not affiliated with IGG. By using the Service you accept all of the terms below.

1. Parties & Acceptance

These Terms govern the use of the website, bot, panel and all services ("Service") provided by LordsRally. By accessing the Service you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

  • User/Customer: the person who buys/uses the Service.
  • Bot: tracking software running over WhatsApp/Telegram.
  • Reseller/Seller: authorized partner selling on behalf of LordsRally.
  • Subscription: usage right for a set period.

3. Scope of the Service

The Service provides enemy castle monitoring, shield/rally/guild event alerts, search, analysis and kingdom intel. It is provided "as is"; features may change without notice. Data accuracy/continuity is not guaranteed.

4. Eligibility & Age

You must have legal capacity to contract or have guardian consent to use the Service.

5. Account, License & Access

The license is a personal, non-transferable, revocable right of use. You are responsible for your credentials and activity. Unauthorized sharing/resale is prohibited.

6. Reseller (Seller) System

The Service may be sold via authorized resellers, who are independent partners. LordsRally is not responsible for a reseller's statements. Becoming a reseller is subject to a separate agreement and approval.

7. Fees, Payment & Currency

  • Current prices are shown on the Service and may change.
  • Payments via card (Stripe), crypto and/or bank transfer.
  • Currency conversion and provider fees may apply.

8. Refunds & Cancellation

The Service is digital and performance begins upon activation. No refund after the bot is started. Discretionary compensation (extra time) may be offered for service never delivered. Statutory withdrawal rights are reserved.

9. Subscription, Renewal & Term

Subscriptions last for the chosen period; the Service may stop at the end. Renewal is on request. Duration-based price tiers (1/3/6/12 months) apply.

10. Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, abusive or harmful use.
  • No reverse engineering, copying or scraping.
  • No unauthorized sharing/renting of the license.
  • No overloading the system or bypassing security.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service depends on WhatsApp, Telegram, payment providers and data sources. We are not responsible for their outages/rules.

12. IGG / Lords Mobile Disclaimer

LordsRally is an independent third-party tool; it is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by IGG Inc. or Lords Mobile. All trademarks and game content belong to their owners.

13. Service Level & Compensation

High availability is targeted; uptime is not guaranteed. Discretionary compensation may apply for long outages.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" with no express or implied warranties.

15. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect/incidental/special damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify LordsRally against claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

17. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend/terminate access for breach, abuse or legal requirements.

18. Changes

These Terms may be updated; material changes are published on the Service.

19. Force Majeure

We are not liable for performance failures caused by events beyond our control.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction where the Service is provided; competent courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
