Guild Requirements
Delivery is made by the sending character joining your guild. Before you order, make sure your guild meets these requirements:
- The guild must be OPEN to join (delivery can't be made to a closed guild).
- The guild must have NO Might requirement.
- The guild must have at least 15 free member slots.
Until the delivery is complete:
- Stay in the guild you entered in your order and don't leave it.
- Keep your castle at the coordinates you entered; don't move it.
- Leave free space around your castle.
If these requirements aren't met, the delivery can't be made; the order is cancelled and the amount you paid is refunded to your balance. Refund policy

RSS Resource Orders: Delivery, Cancellation and Refunds
RSS resource orders are delivered in the game according to the kingdom, coordinates and guild you enter in your order. The result of a delivery is usually known within 90 minutes; we notify you on your WhatsApp number, in the site language you ordered in.
- An order that can't be delivered is cancelled. If you paid with your balance, the amount you paid (the net amount after any coupon discount) is refunded to your balance.
- If you ordered with a code and the order can't be delivered, the same code becomes reusable and you can order again with it. In this case the refund is made by making the code reusable, not as money to your balance.
- Rarely, it may turn out after a delivered notice that the delivery couldn't be made. If this is found within 48 hours, the order is still cancelled and refunded under the same rules.
- You can order again after a cancelled order; the new order is processed separately, and the same rules apply if it can't be delivered either.
- If all the orders in a cart where you used a coupon are cancelled, your coupon use is given back and you can use the coupon again while it is still valid. If only some of those orders are cancelled, the coupon counts as used; the net amount of each cancelled order is still refunded to your balance.
- Balance top-ups are added to your account as a USD balance and are used for RSS orders. Refunds for cancelled orders go to your balance, not to your payment method (card, crypto, bank transfer).
- For delivery, your guild must be open to join, have no Might requirement and have at least 15 free member slots. Until the delivery is complete you must stay in the guild you entered, keep your castle at the coordinates you entered and leave free space around it. If these requirements aren't met, the delivery can't be made; the order is cancelled and refunded under the rules above.
- A delivered order can't be reversed, so check your kingdom, coordinates and guild before confirming your order.
